Refund and Cancellation Policy

1. Free trial

The 24-hour trial is free and needs no card. When it ends the account simply stops; nothing is charged.

2. 7-day right of withdrawal

You may cancel within 7 calendar days of payment and get a full refund, no reason needed (art. 49 of the Brazilian Consumer Code).

3. After 7 days

Because plans are paid yearly in advance, cancelling after 7 days stops the renewal and the service keeps running until the end of the paid period, without a pro-rata refund. Exception: if the service is unavailable through our fault for more than 72 consecutive hours, we refund or credit the amount proportional to the affected period.

4. Add-ons

Extra support tickets and extra reply/voice packs can be refunded within 7 days if not yet used (ticket not yet answered by the team). Tickets classified as a system fault are never charged.

5. Third-party costs

Amounts billed directly by Meta (WhatsApp Cloud API) or Google (your own AI key) do not go through us and are not refundable by us.

6. How to request

E-mail info@raselna.si with your account e-mail and order number, or use the site form. Refunds go back to the original payment method: card within 10 business days (when it shows on your statement depends on your bank) and PIX within 5 business days.
