1. Controller and processor

For your account data (name, email, plan, payments), Raselna is the controller.

For WhatsApp messages and your contacts' data, you (the customer) are the controller and Raselna acts as processor, handling that data only to provide the service, under Brazil's LGPD (Law 13,709/2018).

2. Data we process

Account: name, email, language, plan, payment history.

Service: text messages, audio (transcribed), images, contact names and numbers, settings, and voice recordings you upload for cloning.

Technical: usage and error logs; website statistics do not store IP addresses.

3. Purposes and legal bases

Providing the contracted service (contract), security and fraud prevention (legitimate interest), billing and legal duties (legal obligation), and voice cloning (consent, which you may withdraw).

4. Sharing (sub-processors)

Google (Gemini API for replies, transcription and voice; Google Cloud for the bot server).

Meta (WhatsApp Cloud API) when you use the official connection.

Hostinger (website and dashboard hosting).

We do not sell data. We do not use your conversations to train our own models.

5. International transfers

Some providers process data outside Brazil (e.g. USA), with contractual clauses and adequate safeguards under the LGPD.

6. Security

Bot server data and secrets (API keys, tokens, personal data) are encrypted (AES-256-GCM). Each customer runs in a separate instance with isolated data. Administrative access is restricted.

7. Retention

We keep data while the account is active. After cancellation we delete or anonymize within 30 days; backups are overwritten within 7 days.

8. Your rights

You may request confirmation, access, correction, portability, anonymization, deletion, information about sharing and withdrawal of consent through the site form. Customers' contacts should exercise their rights with the customer (controller), whom we will assist.

9. Children

The service is not intended for anyone under 18.

10. Cookies

The dashboard uses only essential login cookies. Public page statistics use no cookies.
