1. Who we are

Raselna is an AI customer-service assistant for WhatsApp offered by Basel Jamal, in Brazil ("Raselna", "we"). Contact us through the form or chat at raselna.si/.

2. Acceptance

By creating an account or using the dashboard you accept these Terms and the Privacy Policy. If you act for a company, you confirm you are authorized to do so.

3. The service

Raselna reads the messages of the WhatsApp connected to your account and replies, suggests replies or performs tasks according to the rules you set in the dashboard.

Features such as booking, tickets and follow-ups may be disabled or in testing and are enabled according to your plan.

4. Connection methods

WhatsApp Cloud API (Meta's official API) is the recommended method. You are responsible for your Meta Business account, Meta's fees and compliance with WhatsApp Business policies.

Personal-number linking (linked device) is an unofficial method: WhatsApp may restrict or ban the number. By choosing it you accept this risk; Raselna is not liable for bans, lost contacts or interruptions in that mode.

5. AI keys and costs

You may use your own Google Gemini API key, billed directly by Google; or, if your plan includes it, Raselna's key within your plan's monthly limits. When a limit is reached, automatic replies may pause.

6. Acceptable use

You may not use Raselna for spam, unsolicited bulk messaging, fraud, illegal content, harassment, discrimination or impersonation.

You must have a legal basis (e.g. consent) to message your contacts and disclose automated service where required.

7. Cloned voice

Voice cloning is only allowed with your own voice, including the consent statement required by Google. Cloning anyone else's voice is forbidden.

8. AI replies

AI can make mistakes. You are responsible for your rules, for content sent on your behalf and for supervising automatic mode. We recommend "suggest and I approve" for sensitive matters.

9. Plans, payment and suspension

Prices and limits are on the plans page. Payment is monthly in advance. If unpaid after the due date the account is suspended (the bot stops) and data is kept for 30 days for reactivation.

10. Cancellation and deletion

You may cancel at any time through the site form. After cancellation we delete or anonymize account data within 30 days, unless the law requires retention.

11. Limitation of liability

The service is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the amount paid in the last 3 months and excludes lost profits, data loss caused by third parties (Meta, Google, providers) and number bans.

12. Changes

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be announced in the dashboard with reasonable notice.

13. Law and venue

Brazilian law applies, including consumer law where applicable. Venue: São Paulo/SP, without prejudice to the consumer's venue.
