What Raselna is
Raselna (Arabic for “message us”) is a managed AI assistant for WhatsApp Business. It answers customers in the business owner's own style, in each customer's language, and asks the owner privately whenever it needs a decision.
Everything is hosted and configured by our team. Customers don't install anything: they connect their WhatsApp number, choose how the assistant behaves in each conversation, and pay a subscription.
How it works
The assistant connects through Meta's official WhatsApp Business Platform (Cloud API), or through a QR link for personal numbers. Replies are generated by large language models such as Google Gemini, guided by the owner's instructions, real examples of how the owner writes, and facts the owner has approved.
When a question can't be answered from approved information, Raselna does not invent an answer. It records the question and asks the owner later in “Let's Talk”, and nothing is learned without the owner's approval.

The owner stays in control: every conversation can be set to reply on its own, suggest and wait for approval, or stay off.

Raselna was founded in 2026 in São Paulo, Brazil, by Basel Chahoud, and serves businesses worldwide in Portuguese, English, Spanish, German, Dutch, Turkish and Arabic.
